Ignoring the Smoking Ban?
Seems those rebels in Minnesota are smoking whether the city of Minneapolis wants them to or not. People in the city are ignoring the smoking ban.

It will cost them $200 a pop to "ignore" the ordinance. They won't ignore that for very long, if they are good business people.
